General Information
Menu Selections To assure that the menu selections can be made available, please confirm final menu selections at least four weeks in advance. Custom menus can be gladly accommodated with Chef’s approval.
Food and Beverage Service It is against State Law and our Liquor License for liquor to be brought onto the property from outside sources. Additionally, the club does not allow food to be brought onto the property, whether homemade, purchased, or catered from outside sources. This includes additional desserts. The only exception to this rule is a custom wedding cake to be served during reception, and any gift bags containing food or drinks that are meant to be consumed off premises.
Facility Usage Unless specifically noted, each catering function includes 3 hours of facility rental for luncheon & 4 hours for evening function, and up to 2 hours of access to the clubhouse premises of setup and takedown by event host or outside vendors. Any additional facility usage hours may be accommodated, subject to availability + additional rental fees.
Deposits/Contracts The deposit is 25% of the contract amount. The deposit is non-refundable and is due with signed contract to secure the date with balance payable as outlined. A credit card is required to be on file for remaining balance or add on charges.
Service Charge and Sales Tax To ensure superior service for the event, a combined administrative and service charge will be billed that is equal to 20% of the food, beverage, site rental, and audio visual total, plus any applicable state and /or local taxes.
Guarantee Policy A minimum attendance guarantee must be received ten days prior to the event. The guarantee minimum number will be charged per contract terms. If final attendance exceeds the guarantee, billing will be for the actual number of guests in attendance. The club will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed figure. Increases in guaranteed attendance are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Staffing Chef Attendant $50 per hour, necessary for action and carving stations Open Bar - Bartender Service included. Cash Bar - $35 per hour per bartender (Bartender fees waived if total alcohol revenue is over $750 per bar setup.)
Vendor’s Meals Vendor meals include choice of Signature Burger, Black River Chicken Sandwich, or Veggie Wrap with Sunflower-Poppy Seed Slaw, Sidewinder Fries, and Soft Drinks. $18.
